Wire Mesh Sintered Filters Descriptions:
The multi-layer metal sintered mesh is a new type of filter
material with high mechanical strength and overall rigidity by
vacuum lamination using a multi-layer stainless steel wire mesh.
The holes of each layer of the mesh for producing the sintered mesh
filter are interlaced to form an accurate and uniform filtering
structure, and the material has high strength, good rigidity,
stable mesh shape and the like. Due to the reasonable matching and
design of the material's void size, permeability and strength
characteristics, it has excellent filtration accuracy, filtration
resistance, mechanical strength, wear resistance, heat resistance
and processability. Better than other types of filter materials.
Standrad Sintered Mesh consists five layers:the protctive layer,the
filter layer, the dispersion layer, two reinforcing meshes.Owing to
its surface filtration construction,and smooth wire of the mesh,it
is good at backwashing andregeneration. Futhermore,this mesh is
easy to be formed,machined and welded. It can be produced into many
kinds of shapes such as circular,cartridge,cone and pleats.
